    We strongly believe in continual training for our people. That's why we've developed Phil's Academy, a learning environment which delivers a wide range of training modules and other resources. We have a purpose built training centre and eLearning environment to facilitate these initiatives.

    We offer a structured Trainee Program with a rotations through each department. This allows us to give our trainee's a wide range of experiences. In turn, this provides our trainees with a clearer idea of their preferred career direction. Each rotation will introduce you to new department and its people. Plus, trainees are given plenty of opportunities to network and learn from experts.
